Wow, I just found Practical Penumbra has defected from blog*spot. Seems there is a lot of that going on. I wonder if Dean had anything to do with it?
By the way, please be sure to modify your bookmarks so that you won't be the fool I was and be missing out on the hijinks over at PP!
Posted by Tiger at June 16, 2003 11:58 PMSpeaking of updated bookmarks...I done forgot to tell you I moved! I'm now at the URL above. Many apologies. Many thanks. :)
Posted by: Deb at June 17, 2003 12:37 AMThanks Deb. Link adjusted to reflect the change of address!
Posted by: Tiger at June 17, 2003 08:16 AMSorry, Tiger! I have been so busy unpacking I haven't gotten around to sending out my change of address cards yet!
It's on my "to do" list, honest!!!
And yes, it was Dean's idea, but Pixy Misa's doing, so thank HIM if you like the new digs !
Posted by: Susie at June 17, 2003 12:44 PMIs Dean the one that added the colors to the bland template we are both using. or did you do that? I loved that color combination! I have the right URL in the blogrool now. Also, Susie, I will be seeing what goodies you posted for my reading pleasure this evening.
Posted by: Tiger at June 17, 2003 02:33 PMI played with the hex code in the stylesheet---Pixy told me how to do it in my comments, and I just experimented until I got a combination that that was sure to drive a few of my Loyal Readers to drink. ;) Anything that said FFF I changed to FFCCCC or 99FFCC or whatever was closest in color to what I was going for. (apologies for the dangling participle--undangling it results in very awkward and convoluted sentence structure!).
I am moderately pleased with the results.
Anyway, I came back because I remembered that I forgot to tell you that Euchre is a card game played with half a Pinochle deck.
Posted by: Susie at June 17, 2003 03:35 PMI love the colors! And, Susie, you do not need excuses to come back for a visit. Feel free to visit anytime. I might even have something new to read if I can think of anything interesting to write. ;)
