Peri Fleisher, great-niece of Professor Edward Kasner

Folks, it seemed to be very very difficult to find a really Stupid Person for Today, but thankfully there is this lady: Peri Fleisher, great-niece of Professor Edward Kasner, who invented the word "googol" to describe the number one followed by a hundred zeroes is suin' Google, the search engine. Her suit is stupid, likely one of the most baseless intellectual property suits ever conceived in a person's mind, and, as such, she is Today's Stupidest Person of the Day™.

I am excited, only because I thought I was your Stupidest Person of the Day.

Peri Fleisher is a scam artist. In fact, James R. Newman wrote Mathematics and The Imagination - the book was dedicated to his wife and is copyright in his children's names (I am the daughter)...it was in this book that Newman and Kasner first came up with the mathematical formula for a term NEWMAN first invented (a simple true fact) and Kasner suggested that they should ascribe it to his nephew (since my brother and I had not yet been born!! in 1940)-- however, the mathematical concept AS IT WAS CREATED was done by James R. Newman who was a famous mathematician and author of THE WORLD OF MATHEMATICS, WHAT IS SCIENCE, GODEL'S PROOF, Etc...just a fact. This theoretical great neice was nowhere for 65 years and now??!!!
