He may have been first, but what's still on second
It appears that although they are all a bunch of Bozos, an investigation has dethroned he who had claimed to have been first, and there is now another who will be thrust forward as the one who initially took that one small step for clownkind in big floppy shoes, laughin' his silly head off like some kind of Bozo.
