Well, here we go again with a nice set of links to point out those nuggets of wisdom and gems of humor that I have found here and there through my blog surfin' adventures. All links open in new windows, so feel free to click and read ... the list will be awaitin' your return. Now, for your readin' pleasure, the proprietors of Read My Lips are proud to present:
- This is one ya likely saw before somewhere. This is that story 'bout the Aussie police errantly sendin' child porn to 1,800 government-run schools across New South Wales. PoliBlog: I Should Hope
- Another recent story that I thought was noteworthy, failed to earlier point out is the disclosure that some laser printers actually embed identifyin' info into your documents. Wizbang: Laser Printers Leave Secret Fingerprints
- One of my new finds, SwissToni, like myself and Sen. Biden, points the finger toward the Saudis as the primary backers of terrorism: SwissToni's Place: And the violence caused such silence - found via BE
- I found myself chucklin' continuously durin' my read of followin' humorous diatribe on why one sweet lady is startin' to give up on the ones she loves: One Whipped Mother: People Who I Love But Are Beginning to Freak Me Out - found via BE
- One twenty-somethin' young lady shows she is mature beyond her years: Her Empire.CC: Duh - found via BE
- I discovered this cute poll, complete with pictures: You think your job sucks?! I actually found the link to such poll on its creator's blog, but I mis-navigated and lost the source. If it is yours, please feel free to take credit in the comments and I'll quickly add the applicable link.
- An international story of some interest is the scenario in which the Chinese currently find themselves caught. They are stuck between embracin' the concept of the biggest commercial period of the year or whether promotin' the western world's Christmas is really such a good idea. Economics With A Face: Don't Spread that Holiday Spirit - found via BE
- The title to this one is deceivin' as it is really a cautionary tale about why ya might start wantin' to really wash your hands well after handlin' money from now on. I ain't sure whether to tell ya to really read this one or not. Do ya feel like gamblin'?: Notorious B.L.O.G.: My Beloved Pet
- Eric has a proposal for a new bloggers coalition: The Fire Ant Gazette: "Coalition of Unpaid Bloggers (CUB)". Although Fire Ant is on my Texas Roll, Jen qualifies for a spork on this one - Jen Speaks: I'm A CUBbie!
- Do we really change all that much durin' puberty? Well, this guy's opinion of such shows us why young guys seem to get caught with their hand in the cookie jar way too often: I think I want to be a comedian: Change. His ideas are actually a bit funny, in an asinine sort of a way. Kinda like my crap, huh? ;) - found via BE
- Accordin' to this post, even sittin' out down time in the pokey, inventive Martha Stewart disovers ways to craftily produce objects on hand. Majic Family: A Christmas present idea from Martha - found via BE
- Gennie is on board promotin' a bipartisan adopt-a-soldier program: Dizzy Girl: My Soldier
and lastly- In disclosin' a few supposedly off-camera remarks by the outgoin' Sec. of Ag., John humorously tells us why the Dept. might not have been in such good hands, anyway: WuzzaDem: Tommy Thompson - A Wealth of Information. I am proud and honored to bestow the illustrious spork award, with four-tine cluster, to Sgt Hook.

Thought you might enjoy a follow up post to the link you trackbacked earlier.

That last post was 'spot on' as they say on the other side of the pond.
One of the better round-ups I've read in some time. Most of the clicks were actually worth my time. Check ya later, after I recover from my faintin' spell.
