Due to the plethora of comments and emails I have received wondering if I am OK, I felt it might be prudent to let you all know I am still alive and am still fairly healthy ... at least, as far as I know. As I have recently moved my court appointment practice to a better paying area, I have found I am having to work a bit harder than before. Regrettably, I have very little free time now, so despite my wishes, I have very little time to spend online other than doing legal research. Of course, as well, I have very little time to watch the news, so I have no idea of what is happening outside my little sphere of influence. Anyway, as Doc, Sleepy, Sneezy, Bashful, and the rest of the gang used to sing, "Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, It's back to work I go."
Wow. I shut down the laptop before I sent that off. Oh well ... I seem to be becoming a very poor blogger here lately.
and then I echo a post and have to rebuild the site, all almost 4K worth of individual entries. sheesh!

I've started getting back into the swing of things--but every time I start, something else comes up. But I've been thinking of you and Susan and I miss you two so much! I hope you get a break soon so maybe we can meet up!
