San Francisco bans outdoor smoking
in all city-owned parks, public plazas and sports facilities except golf courses. It is unclear from a reading of this story whether the smoking ban includes the use of marijuana for medical purposes. Posted by Tiger at January 27, 2005 05:33 PM | TrackBack
"... except golf courses"
Hadn't heard that before. I guess their greenskeepers know how to pick up cigarette butts, unlike public park employees?
Posted by: John Anderson at January 28, 2005 02:23 AMFlatulating right along, does one know that a local town will be the "NRCHA" site of the "Celebration of Champions". The "biggest names in the cow horse industry" will be there. You say you don't recognize "NRCHA"? How about "National Reined Cow Horse Association" for starters. Question: "Mommy, what's a cow horse? Does it flatulate in the fields? Huh, mommy, huh?" Cow horsie? Flatulating cow horsies? My oh my.
